TUSCALOOSA CONCERTS SPONSORED BY THE UNIVERSITY PROGRAM COUNCIL

"The Dobb’s house at 2 AM is/was central to my college experience. Swapping puns with Courtney. Hanging out with Steve and Ron. Dave, of the dynamite roach tablets, was there too. Sam with the gold capped front tooth making perfect soft scrambled eggs with the flick of a Wrist. Rienda the waitress struggling with the job and with her three kids. I tried going back there, but within a year or two of my leaving town, so had most everyone else Gone to where ever life was to take them. Gone, but they took what the Dobb’s house really meant along with them. I did." Mike Dale
